17th/February/2012 ♯8th Habataki memorial concert In a sleet rain evening, about three hundred audiences attended Habataki memorial concert on February 16th 2012. We are grateful for all of you. Despite cold and rainy day we held a Habataki memorial concert and welcomed many guests in the Tsuda hall. There were three hundred visitors, such as regular audiences, new audiences, and Habataki supporting members that always promote our activities. We are grateful to you from the bottom of our heart. Moreover, we appreciate very much the support from musicians that thrill audiences with a performance, Ms. Sakoda's recitation of her poems showing HIV victim's crying from their heart, and composer Mr. Ikebe who organizes and create the humane touch concert as a music director. Our sincere thanks are due to support given by Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry, Japanese Red Cross Society, Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (JPMA). We will pass on the lessons of the HIV-tainted blood scandal to move people's hearts and minds through music so that will never happened again with the help of music from the concert hall.
